Mangsir is the month of festivals and jatras for people living south west corner of Kathmandu Valley. People in seven villages (now towns) - Kirtipur, Nagaun, Pangaa, Tapakhya, Lhyukhaa, Satungal and Machegaun celebrate jatras with great joys. This jatra is famous with its name Nhegaa'n Jatra or festival of seven villages. Here are few photographs taken in different places by our photographer Narayan Maharjan.
